We are often quick to judge others based on our interpretation of their actions. But remember, judging tells us a lot about our own insecurities. When you judge, you attack. When you attack they defend.
Don't play war games. Try and see through your own judgement to find your underlying insecurity. Try to diffuse the trigger, before blowing the cannon.
Be thoughtful and see you on the flipside.
