Meditation & mindfulness

I spend quite a lot of time meditating. Freeing up my mind to make room for the day ahead or letting go of the day past.

Giving time to yourself or others is perhaps the greatest gift of all. It is the one thing you can never get back.

Highly recommended and it doesn't have to be a weird ritual with uncomfortable positions and whatnot. The opposite is true!

Make yourself comfortable. Pick a quiet spot in your home. Be in silence, see your thoughts wander by. Be kind to yourself. Take your time. You deserve it!

The internet is full of tips, guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, soft music, nature sounds. Seek out what is comfortable to you and tune out of what is in the past or lies ahead. Give yourself the opportunity to be in the now.

See you on the flipside!
